1. Is there a possibility to return products bought in online store? If yes, how to do it?

You can return products within 30 days for any reason. You need to fill in the return form, which you can find in Terms & conditions or FAQ, attach proof of purchase and send back to the address of online store available in “Contact”.

2. The package has been damaged and the order is incomplete. What can I do in such a situation?

Please check the package when you pick it up. In case of a damaged package, please check the package content in the presence of a courier. If package is incomplete, please reclaim in courier company and inform us about the situation. Ryłko Store is not responsible for the missing products from damaged packages.

3. Is there a possibility to exchange product for a different model, colour or size? If yes, how to do it?

You cannot exchange already bought products for others. You may return products within 10 days and place a new order.

4. Is there a possibility to buy online products manufactured by Ryłko, which are not displayed on www.rylko.com?

No. You can buy only these products, which are displayed on www.rylko.com.

5. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

It takes up to 7 working days. Package sent via courier company arrives at the addressee within 3 working days.

6. Is there a possibility to order products in online store and pick them up and pay for them in the “traditional store”?

No. If you order on line (przelewy24), you can only wait for a courier for your product to be delivered.

7. How to complain about a defective product bought in online store?

To complain about defective product you need to fill in a complaint form and send it back together with the product to the address of online store (available in “contact”).

8. Is there a possibility to check in which „traditional store” I can find a particular product?

There is such a possibility. In preview of a product, under its description, you can check product availability.

9. Is there a possibility to change an order?

No, there is no such a possibility. When you place an order, the store automatically starts the procedure of your product.
