Information on Processing of Personal Data


1. Personal Data Controller

2. Data Protection Supervisor

We have appointed a Data Protection Supervisor. You can contact this person in all cases which concern processing of personal data and the rights related to data processing. You can contact the Data Protection Supervisor in the following ways:

3. Goals of processing of your personal data and legal basis of the processing activities

Your data shall be processed in order to:
• conclude and implement a sale agreement and handle current and potential customer service - the legal basis of the processing activities is the necessity of data processing to conclude and implement an agreement,
• carry out direct marketing activities for our products, including analytical and profiling purposes; direct marketing shall include, inter alia, sending of newsletters and offers to the email address you have specified, and also displaying of product advertisements which might be interesting to you. We shall also do some profiling activities for marketing purposes – the legal basis of the processing activities is your consent, on the provision that you have given the consent; otherwise, your personal data shall not be processed for these purposes;
• possibly pursue claims related to the sale agreements concluded with you – the legal basis for data processing activities is the necessity of processing to implement the controller’s legitimate interest; the controller’s legitimate interest is the possibility to settle its claims.


4. Profiling information

Based on your personal data, we do profiling, i.e. automatic evaluation of some personal factors which concern you. We do this to find out more about your preferences and needs in relation to our products, and as a result, to present you an offer which suits you better. Based on your profile, we shall send you marketing messages chosen for you. We shall also suggest you participation in discount campaigns or seasonal sales, as well as inform you about sales of selected products or brands.


The profiling is based on the data concerning your previous purchases and your activity on our store's website, including products you have seen or placed in the Basket or clipboard, the data concerning an average value of your purchases and their frequency, as well as your activity in social media. Furthermore, the profiling activities consider also statistical data related to e.g. products usually selected by people with similar profiles.


5. Retention period for your personal data

The data we process on the basis of your consent shall be stored until you withdraw your consent for processing of your personal data.


6. Recipients of your personal data

We shall transfer your personal data to:
- Entrepreneurs providing delivery services;
- Entrepreneurs ensuring proper functioning of our online store, including communication;
- Entrepreneurs optimising our marketing activities or providing marketing services on our behalf.
These entities process data on the basis of an agreement concluded with us and they can only do it in accordance with our instructions.


7. Your rights related to processing of personal data

You have the following rights related to processing of personal data:
1. the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data,
2. the right to object to the personal data processing with regard for a special situation - in cases in which we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest,
3. the right of access to your personal data,
4. the right to request correction of your personal data,
5. the right to request deletion of your personal data,
6. the right to request limited processing of your personal data,
7. the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable IT format. You may send the data to another data controller or request us to send your data to another controller. However, we shall do this only if such transfer is technically possible.

The right to withdraw consent

Your personal data shall be processed on the basis of your consent. With reference to this fact, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The withdrawal of the consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority which supervises personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.


8. Obligation to provide data

Provision of personal data in relation to the concluded agreement is voluntary but necessary to conclude and implement a sale agreement – the sale agreement cannot be concluded without provision of personal data.
