All the products bought in our store are subject to 2-year guarantee.
The complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint shipment.
Complaints are considered according to the law of 30 May 2014 on consumer’s rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended)
In order to protect consumers, the European Union launched an online platform – ODR (On-line Dispute Resolution) – which enables to resolve disputes outside a court (alternative dispute resolution) between consumers and entrepreneurs.
