STEP 1:Cleaning and drying

  • Immediate cleaning: Use a mud brush, damp cloth, or sponge to gently remove dirt and mud.
  • Drying: Dry the shoes at room temperature, avoiding direct heat sources (e.g., radiator, hair dryer), which can cause the leather to crack. Insert paper (e.g., newspaper) inside to absorb moisture and maintain the shape of the shoes.

STEP 2:Care

Proper cleaning and maintenance are the foundation of shoe care. Depending on the material your shoes are made of, use the appropriate accessories.Full-grain leather: Use RYŁKO color-matched shoe polish. After applying the polish, wait 10 minutes for the product to absorb, then buff the shoes with a soft cloth or brush. Regular brushing refreshes the leather without the need to apply a new layer of polish if the previous one is still in good condition.

VELVET / NUBUCK LEATHER

It is essential to use a special cream for metallic finishes, which slows down wear of the metallic surface. Apply the cream with a soft brush or cloth.

Synthetic material, synthetic patent, fabric

Clean the material with a soft brush or a damp cloth.

Foil leather

Clean the material with a soft brush or a damp cloth.

Patent leather

Clean the material with a damp cloth. When storing, make sure that the patent surface does not touch other items as it may cause stains.

Cleans, cares for, and nourishes the leather, gives it shine, and restores color. Should be used on smooth leather in a color matching the shoe upper.

Nubuck and Suede Restorer (Colored)

Product that renews the color of shoes. Protects against moisture and stains. Designed for suede and nubuck leathers. Should be used in the color matching the shoe upper.

Impregnator for Suede and Nubuck (Colorless)

Protects against external factors, especially water. Preserves color, appearance, and other properties of suede and nubuck leather as well as oiled finishes.

Dubbin

Wax cream for shoes made of smooth and synthetic leathers. Nourishes and oils the leather, giving it a high shine. Provides waterproofing and protects against damage.

Block for Suede and Nubuck

Used for spot removal of dirt. Does not clean permanent stains.

Double-sided Plastic Brush

Used for caring for shoes made of suede and nubuck.

Applicator Brush

Used for precise application of shoe cream.

Polishing Brush

Used to polish smooth leather shoes after applying cream or wax.

Hard Bristle Brush (Mud Brush)

Used for removing dirt caused by mud, snow, or dust.

Cleaner
